Every client receives in-person consultations with one of our experienced placement directors. We work around your busy schedule to ensure we understand your staffing needs.
Once we understand your needs, we will write a customized job description that will be sure to attract only top talent.
Throughout the placement process, we remain eager and ready to support you and your family in every step of the process. We frequently give email, text and phone updates as we get closer to finding your match.
Nobody takes safety more seriously than us. Our Oceanside Candidate Screening Process is more rigorous than most top-tier college applications. Only 4% of our candidates make it through the process, ready for hire.
We offer in-house scheduling of all interviews with one of our dedicated placement managers to help facilitate this next step. You can rest assured that you don’t have to interview a candidate alone. We offer question templates and guidelines to our clients to ensure a flawless interview is at your fingertips.
Following a successful interview, we will work with you to draft an Offer of Employment to be extended to your potential hire. Once they’ve accepted the terms of the Offer of Employment, our team begins our comprehensive Background Checks.
Once a staff member is placed through Oceanside, our on-going communication, check-ins and HR support will always remain available to you and your household. We are always here to answer any questions, no matter how big or small.

Nailing The Match
Once we’ve found your match, you can rest assured this candidate is quality! If needed, we assist in scheduling a 2-5 day in-home trial. From here, we move forward with an offer of employment.
