Oceanside Personal Assistants are uniquely equipped to provide versatile and unparalleled support to you and your family. Many PA’s perform secretarial work and provide their principal with day-to-day administrative support. Their duties are diverse and might include answering phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and much more!
Hourly Rate
On average, the hourly rate for a full-time Personal Assistant can cost anywhere between $30-$45 an hour. At Oceanside we place professional & full-time Personal Assistants only. Meaning we place individuals who have a college degree and/or 3+ years of experience in HNW (high net worth) homes. The hourly price will ultimately be determined by the needs of the principal, home, family and the qualifications of our candidates.
Agency Fees
To start our search, we require a non-refundable $199 Engagement Fee. This engagement fee is valid for one year should you decide to postpone the hiring process.
Our Placement Fee is a percentage of the employee’s total gross annual compensation (due after candidate hire is completed). Additional fees may apply for short term positions, or positions in high-demand at the time of placement.

OUR 90 DAY GUARANTEE
We believe so strongly in our process, we guarantee it. If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your match, we will offer a replacement within 90 days. We’re in the business of happy homes, guaranteed.
OUR ONE-YEAR GURANTEE
In the event employment ends before one-year, subject to the terms of our agreement, Oceanside staffing will gladly apply a prorated portion of your placement fee towards your next search.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
We work around the clock to find the perfect fit for you and your family - but our rigorous process takes time. On average, our matching process typically takes between 2-4 weeks to find your perfect match; however, during our initial consultation, we will always ask about your timing restraints. Should you find yourself in a bind, we can expedite our 2-4 week process for an additional cost.
